Tattoos by Joshua Swiastyn

If you'd like to get tattooed by me, please fill out my tattoo request form above. From then, I will reach out to you via Instagram or phone number. If necessary, I will ask further questions to better understand your tattoo vision or to set up a consultation. From then, we will find a date that works to schedule your tattoo & it will be secured once a deposit is paid.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

-You must have a valid photo ID that is brought with you to each tattoo appointment. Paperwork will be filled out for EVERY session. No persons under the age of 18 will be tattooed.

-Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE/non-transferrable.

​

-If you need to reschedule, your deposit is only valid for ONE date change. If you no call no show the deposit can not be used to reschedule. A new deposit will be required. 

 

​-There is a shop minimum of $100. I charge hourly or by the piece.

​

-I will not usually provide a design or sketch more than 24 hours before an appointment.
